Reporting Policy

Copyright infringement: We care deeply about protecting creators and their original work, and require that Users confirm that any Story they submit is their original content. However, if you believe that any Story available via the App infringes your rights, please let us know by emailing  copyright@sanctuarystories.co.uk. To help us investigate this properly, please include:

• Your contact details.

• Details of the original work.

• Details of the infringing work – this can be a link to the Story.

• Details of the infringement. 

Content contrary to our Guidelines: We require that all content submitted to the App complies with our Content Guidelines. However, if you believe that any content contains any illegal or defamatory statement or is otherwise contrary to our Content Guidelines please let us know by emailing  report@sanctuarystories.co.uk with details. To help us investigate this properly, please include:

• Your contact details.

• Details of the content you are complaining about – this can be a link to the content.

• Brief details of why the content is contrary to our Content Guidelines.

Whenever we receive a report that content is potentially infringing any third party rights or contrary to our Content Guidelines, we will take steps to remove general User access to such content as soon as reasonably possible whilst we investigate the report.
